Updates the configuration of a stream. A field you leave out keeps its value. While the stream runs, only automation, the times, the highlight switches and destinationIds can change. Any other change answers 400.

Video bitrate in kb/s. The encoder runs at whole megabits, so the value is rounded to the nearest 1000 and must fall between 2000 and 10000. Leave it out for the preset of the resolution.
